  I believe that collaboration among teachers is essential in order to improve the effectiveness of the teachers’ action.
  Regular meetings should be planned, well beyond the number of “institutional” meetings which is currently inadequate to provide enough time to plan and to learn from each other’s ideas. Sharing materials is a great thing but in my opinion teachers need to talk to each other, share practices as well as opinions, maybe in a structured way but they need to meet and discuss topics as well as problems, in person.
